Want to create high value-added products with diverse soft media. They promote labor-saving and automation of work while taking the environment into consideration. They also want to lower transportation costs and prevent ink cracks and dropouts during transportation.
UV printing on roll media, which is not possible with latex, enables production of 2.5D and other high value-added products. Roll media can be left on during output for automatic production. Flexible ink is resistant to bending, etc., and will not crack or fall off.

In the design and development of new products for footwear brands, it took more than a month from the time the order was placed to the time the prototypes were received. Also, it was taking time for the design idea to take shape and be put in the hands of the designer.
With the 3DUJ-553, a 3D design model of a shoe can be printed in one to two days, significantly shortening the time required to create a prototype, which normally takes more than one month. In addition, the process from design modification to prototype production can be repeated more times in a short period, leading to better product creation.

The Mimaki's JFX200 that was previously in our operation was a really good printer. While using it, I wanted a printer with even more productivity.
The JFX600, which supports a variety of print modes, is capable of printing approx. 15 full-size board per hour with even high image quality. And like the JFX200, its ease of setting media of various shapes and the repeatablity of print position accuracy were desitive factors in the investment.
