• This machine counts the accumulated amount of waste ink. When the internal counter reaches a specified level, a confirmation message is displayed.

Check the state of the waste ink tank immediately and dispose waste ink as necessary.

【1】 Remove the waste ink tank from the machine. Place the waste ink in a proper container. Follow local guidelines for proper ink disposal. Replace the empty waste ink tank.

【2】Perform [Maintenance]-[Ink Tank Replace] function.
* The waste ink counter is reset once the [Ink Tank Replace] function is complete.

* If this warning message is displayed, functions set in “Sleep Setup” and “Routine Setup” will not work. These functions are disabled to prevent ink overflow. Follow the above procedure to drain the waste ink tank.
